Zach has been serving clients with Bowes Wealth since 2019. He brings a wealth of knowledge having previously been the team’s Trading and Research Specialist and having worked at a bank owned brokerage. Zach has his MBA from McMaster’s DeGroote School of Business and is also a Chartered Investment Manager. Zach is primarily responsible (along with Jonathan Lo) for day-to-day investment management and is the team’s lead trader. He is engaged in daily monitoring and review of client portfolios and has an indispensable perspective given his long history in working with Bowes’ clients. In his free time, Zach enjoys music, travelling and experiencing different cultures.
The Chartered Investment Manager® (CIM®) Designation builds the skills and experience we need to serve a more sophisticated financial client or institution. Financial professionals who hold the CIM® designation are eligible for registration as a Portfolio Manager in Canada. They have expertise in providing money management services to high-net-worth and institutional clients, and they understand the application of portfolio management in the context of Canadian markets and regulatory requirements.
